Due to an unprecedented demand for registration ESPGHAN has now taken the decision to close registration for any new registration requests. ESPGHAN Members and those presenting at the meeting ONLY may request registration by e-mail to the Meeting Organisers. On Site registrations will not be permitted.
The Registration desk for pre registered delegates at the conference venue will be open as follows:
Tuesday 24 May 16:00 – 20:00 (Exhibitors and Groups only)
Wednesday 25 May 07:00 – 13:00 (AHP and Post Grad Course only)
13:00 – 18:00 (Core Meeting Delegates)
Thursday 26 May 07:30 – 18:00
Friday 27 May 07:30 – 18:00
Saturday 28 May 07:30 – 17:00
Payment must be received by each registration deadline date in order to qualify.
Registration Procedure
To request registration prior to the start of The 44th Annual Meeting please e-mail the conference organiser at espghan2011@mci-group.com

Group Registrations
For group registrations, a minimum of 10 participants is required.
Please click here to download the group request and registration forms, once complete please send to MCI UK by E-mail at reg-espghan2011@mci-group.com . An account will then be created in the registration system and the group administrator will then have access to the registrations for tracking and modification purposes. (Please note that groups will not be confirmed until payment has been received).

Group Confirmation and Collection of Registration Material
During the registration process you will be requested to select one of the following 4 options:
1. The group leader receives the individual confirmations of registration and the local contact collects badges and bags for the delegates on-site. The local contact is responsible for the distribution of this material to the delegates on-site.
2. The group leader receives the individual confirmations of registration and the local contact collects the badges but not the bags for the delegates on-site. The delegates will collect their own bags individually.
3. The group leader receives the confirmations of registration and then distributes them to the delegates who will have to collect their material individually on-site.
4. The confirmations of registration are sent directly to the delegates who are responsible for the collection of their material individually on-site.
Registration Fees
* Please note that in order to qualify for the member rate all members need to be up to date with their member fees. The organisers reserve the right to change the registration status if membership fees are not paid
** Allied Health professionals including Nurses and Dieticians must provide proof of their AHP certification in order to qualify at the stated rate. This can be e-mailed to the conference secretariat using the following e-mail address reg-espghan2011@mci-group.com
*** A young investigator is defined as someone working in Paediatric GI, Hepatology or Nutrition for less than 10 years. They should ensure that they have a letter confirming this from a supporting member of ESPGHAN. This can be e-mailed to the conference secretariat using the following e-mail address reg-espghan2011@mci-group.com
**** The Allied Health Professional and Post Graduate one day course on 25 May must be registered and paid for in addition to the main ESPGHAN meeting from 26 – 28 May.

Awards
Young Investigator Awards
The purpose of this award is to help cover the expenses of Young Investigators presenting an accepted abstract at the Annual Meeting. The award is open to first authors, with less than 10 years experience in paediatric gastroenterology, hepatology or nutrition, who are not members of ESPGHAN. A limited number of recipients will be selected among candidates based on the relative merit of accepted abstract. Awards are available for up to Euro 1,000 per applicant.
Closing date for applications to be received by the ESPGHAN secretariat no later than 25 April 2010.
Please note that the following rules must be met by all candidates:
- To be the first author of the work being presented (may be checked against the printed program)
- To be working in Paediatric Gastroenterology/ Hepatology/Nutrition for less than 10 years.
- For reimbursement, the Treasurer needs to receive the original air or train ticket, the original hotel bill and a copy of the receipt of the registration fee.
- Candidates should not be full ESPGHAN members.

Full payment should be received before the relevant registration deadlines as follows:

To facilitate processing, participants should clearly indicate in all remittances their name, address and the purpose for which the payment is made. Either of the following means can be used for payment:

Please indicate “Free of charge to the receiver account” on your payment. Bank transfers will not be accepted after 8 May 2011 and full payment will be requested on-site.
Please do not send cheques or remittance advice to the bank directly.
Confirmation
If you choose to pay by bank transfer your registration will not be valid until full payment has been received including all bank charges. Please send a printed copy of the bank transfer along with the registration form to the conference secretariat. Click here for contact details. Upon receipt of proof of payment a full confirmation of registration will be sent.
Participants should bring the letter of confirmation to the registration desk at the conference venue when collecting their documents upon registration.
Terms and conditions
Cancellation policy for registrations:
All cancellations must be sent to the conference secretariat in writing (fax, letter, or e-mail). For cancellations received before 14 March 2011, reservations will be refunded less €100.00, for administrative costs. After this date, no refund will be possible.
Modification policy for registrations:
Modifications can be made at no additional cost until 14 March 2011. After this date a €50.00 modification fee will be charged for each modification.
